We at BBCA feel honored to have parents entrust their most precious gift from God into our care; and with that trust we know, comes great responsibility. Our role is to build a staff of qualified teachers with Early Childhood Education Credentials, who have a passion for teaching children about Jesus Christ; who enjoy watching children develop spiritually, as well as academically.
We believe in a strong emphasis on modeling ‘Christ-Like’ Characteristics’ in everyday applications that will lay a solid foundation of necessary skills needed in a child’s life. We look for the ‘right hearts’ to join our BBCA family in order strengthen our team. It is important to us that each member of our staff is familiar with your child’s needs, and is equipped to provide a great deal of love, care and support.
